In this section, you will find the recommended platforms that all integrate well with each other to build out your back office while also growing with your business overtime. It's better to have what you need right from the beginning than to constantly upgrade to new platforms, which can in the long run, put a bigger dent in your time & pocketbook let alone cause a lot of stress. You should also know I chose this route because IS the most profit friendly option to keep expenses low.

Self-publishing platform to build your website & blog with customizable mobile friendly designs. It is free... however, I do suggest pairing with the next two items for maximum business operation capabilities without having to use so many programs. 

Bluehost

Pair this high-quality web hosting (you get a discount by using this link) with WordPress & OptimizePress theme to create a website you can trust to be up & running at all times.
Plus, Bluehost has topnotch customer service if you ever need support.

OptimizePress

A paid theme for your WordPress website. It's a complete marketing & sales suite. Inside there are webpage templates, funnels, checkout pages, & membership site for your offers & more. Organize everything in one place with this theme.

With Bluehost you do get 5 professional emails. I use one for my personal business email then I use one for customer service.
**Your customer service email is what you will want to use to set up & authenticate your email marketing platform.

Asana (Project Manager & CRM)

Organize, prioritize, & collaborate your life & business with boards, task lists, & calendars. This awesome platform will be your new best friend reminding you of what needs to get done & when. Use it to manage your projects making checklists of to-do's, track your CRM-Customer Relationship Management (Client Sales Pipeline) so you always know who to follow-up with & how you need to serve your leads for them to become clients, establish your SOP- Standard Operating Procedures so you have rinse and repeat operations & it makes it easy to know who to hire + train & delegate projects to team members. Plus, so much more. 

Calendly (Appointment Scheduler)

Make scheduling appointments & calls a breeze. While the free version is great, I love the Pro version because it gives you tons of persks like payment integration (incase you don't have your website yet), intake forms (to get information before your call), & reminder emails/texts (so you have better show up rates). 

Canva (Graphic & Document Design Studio)

The ultimate design studio of tools for graphics, pdf guides, workbooks, portfolios, flyers animated social media videos, Facebook/Instagram posts, cover photos, & so much more for digital creators. With the ease of already created templates, you can design an exponential amount of professional quality graphics & documents for your business. I personally use & prefer the pro version.  

Google Drive (File/Document Storage)

Create, store, & share your content online. Manage documents, spreadsheets, presntations, forms, & more. (Great for hosting your freebies & other content for downloads, client files, etc.)

Google Voice (Business Phone Number)

Great for creating a unique phone number for your business that directs your calls/texts to your cell phone or allows you to take calls on your computer without exposing your personal phone number.  

Meta Business Suite 

In this one suite you can manage Facebook & Instagram. It includes tools for scheduling posts, messaging, insights for analytics, appointment scheduling, ads, & much more. 

PayPal (Payment Processor)

PayPal is a super simple payment platform that allows you to create checkouts, invoices, & buttons for your website or sales documents so you can have automated sales. Not only can customers pay with a card but they can use existing PayPal or you can swipe their card right at your phone if doing in-person business. This payment processor integrates with OptimizePress Checkouts. 

QuickBooks (Bookkeeping)

This one requires investment & does not have a free plan. Finance & bookkeeping for your growing business. It also allows you to create & send invoices. Additionally, it helps track & keep all your transactions for your business organized & ready for easy tax-time preparation + filing. If you find yourself with a long list of expenses for your business each month, this may just be the accounting software you love. While it does have that expense attached, it has been totally worth it for my husband's construction business. Also, I have to shout out Marinda (Bookkeeper) because she has made our journey with this software so much easier.

Stripe (Payment Processor)

A more professional payment platform processor that also integrates with OptimizePress Checkouts. It is a little more complex to set up & get integrated but performs well and has the ability to automatically direct deposit your funds into your bank account. 

Wave Apps (Bookkeeping)

A FREE finance & bookkeeping platform if you aren't able to invest in QuickBooks. It does the same to create invoices & helps you keep track of your transactions while giving reports to know how your business is preforming. But it doesn't include all the capabilities that QB does. I personally like the performance of QB better & especially if you have lots of different transactions & accounts to track. 

Zoom (Virtual Recording/Video Calls)

Video platform for virtual call meetings, recording videos & audio files, hosting events like webinars + masterclasses, & more. You can even stream your videos LIVE to Facebook (with the pro plan) if you need to.

This journey is just that... a journey. I can't wait to assist you in building the business you desire with all the parts & pieces needed so your business works for you. There are some awesome all-in-one platforms you can use out there, if your business has the budget for it. (That's right, Passion Profit CEO's are savvy entrepreneurs). However, I don't recommend them here on this list, because if your business isn't profitable, you don't need large expenses.

What matters most is your business functions properly & you can manage it with ease --- keeping your sanity. Each & every business is unique so do your research & go with the platforms that make the most sense for your skill level + business needs.
