The Create Consistent Content Method

Do you find yourself just staring at the screen when it comes to creating consistent content within your business & wish you had a strategy that was simple?

Building a business takes many things but one of the most necessary is content to create authority so your ideal clients not only find you but begin gaining value & see you repetitively so that you stay top of mind.

ACTIONS OF THE NEW ENTREPRENEUR

Showing up consistently is one of the toughest challenges new business owners face because there are so many roles you try to take on yourself.

You’re trying to figure it all out then you start the comparison game because you see all the best in the industry doing all the things with the fancy websites, sales pages, checkouts, consistently branded content with top-notch graphics, hosting events & new offers like every couple of weeks.

Let’s be honest, you start feeling overwhelmed & stressed because you can’t even get content out for a week consistently.

You then put tons of pressure on yourself that you aren’t good enough or cut out for this and that is totally not the case.

ACTIONS OF THE SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR

On the adjacent side, the successful business owner has a whole team doing the work with them and they are just coming up with ideas and serving their paid clients.

The successful business owner didn’t just snap their fingers one day and have a team doing the majority of things for them.

They started out right where you are building their empire layer by layer & brick by brick.

They got where they are because they focused on making it work with ease to grow fast instead of limiting themselves.

In the beginning stages of business, you have to focus on what the most important tasks are & everything else gets put on the do it later list.

Let me tell you a little secret…

Less is actually more (always) in your business.

It’s about quality over quantity.

When starting out & you don’t have a team to help with all the things, focus on creating awareness of your business, producing value & authority, building relationships, & bringing in & serving your clients to the best of your abilities.

Everything else to fancy it up gets put on hold until you have impacted enough lives to hire the team or can create a plan for your business that has ease but doesn’t sacrifice the lifestyle you want to live.

Focus on being productive & intentional with alignment so there is ease instead of just being busy.

BECOMING CONSISTENT WITH CONTENT

Getting consistent with content creation is nothing more than having a plan & goals that are easily attainable.

It helps to note that in the beginning, you should only focus on 2 marketing strategies for your business.

Shhhhh… 2 more little secrets…

  1. Master consistency on one platform before adding in another
  2. Repurpose your content to fulfill the 2 marketing strategies you need in your business.

Today, I want to share with you a content creation strategy I love to use.

I like to call it The Consistent Content Creation Method.

This simple strategy has been a game-changer in how I do business and I’ve also duplicated it by passing it on to my clients because it’s so effective for saving time & creating consistency.

How would you feel if you only had to talk about 1 topic each week in your business to have success?

Would it make you feel like there is ease & you can totally do this?

Would it eliminate a lot of that stress & overwhelm making you realize that consistency is possible for you?

Let’s break this content strategy down so you can start applying it this week!!

CONSISTENT CONTENT CREATION METHOD

This method is easily done with the choice of 1 of 2 mathematical problems.

The one I most frequently like to use when strategizing for businesses is the 6×4=24 method.

Alternatively, there is the 4×6=24 method.

No matter which you choose the goal is to have 24 sub-topics in the end.

Below, I will explain the 6×4=24 Consistent Content Creation Method.

Step 1- Define The Core Broad Topic Of Your Business:

The industry you are in. You’re specialty.
What is the main core topic of interest in your business?
Determine that 1 MAJOR broad topic you are going to be talking about consistently.

A great example is HEALTH.

Step 2- Specialize (Pick The 6 Fundamental Pillars Of Your Brand):

What are the 6 pillars (major topics) of your business?
These pillars make you, you. It’s the topics of wisdom others want to learn about from you.
Common words that you use often in your business help you form the pillars.
Think about the 6 steps your client needs to take. What 1 word defines each step?
Which 6 topics can you confidently share wisdom, stories, & information on?

If following the example of health 2 of the 6 pillars might be NUTRITION & EXERCISE.

Step 3- Breakdown Your Pillars Into Sub-Topic Headlines

Pick 4 headlines or topics you can provide value on within each of the 6 fundamental pillars.
Think about what followers want to hear regarding that pillar.
Also, consider what your clients need to learn prior to working with you.
Are there any topics that are a prerequisite to working with you?
What valuable tips can you give that will build trust & showcase you as a knowledgeable expert in your industry? Don’t be afraid to let your light shine.

Continuing on with the health example 1 topic under NUTRITION would be FOODS THAT GIVE YOUR BODY VITAMIN C.

Step 4- Create Your Content & Get Consistent

Let’s continue the example from above so you can get a glimpse of what this looks like in a business plan.

  • Industry = Health
    • Pillars = Nutrition & Excercise
      • Sub-Topic of Nutrition = 4 Foods That Give Your Body Vitamin C.

Each week take one of your sub-topics & create a valuable training with a call-to-action that works on automation to bring you more clients in the future.
This strategy gives you 6 months’ worth of content with 4 weeks off (For example, 2 vacations plus the week of Thanksgiving & Christmas).
For the remainder of the week, you can focus on serving your paid clients and working on the other parts of your business.
Other content that week is not to educate but to get people excited about that value training.

Some examples of other content could include scheduling an event (the value training date/time) & sharing it, a question related to the topic for engagement, a story you have experienced (stories sale) relative to the topic (for example, 4 foods that give your body vitamin c – you might talk about a time you needed more vitamin c), etc. For more ideas check out the 82 Content Ideas Ebook to discover tons of ideas you can include in your week.

Also, check out 104 Engagement Content Headlines to create more curiosity & engagement. These headlines can be used with any industry & once you go through the list your brain will be inspired to come up with its own list of headlines relative to your industry.

WOWZER content for years to come in minutes because you only need 52 headlines a year or just use the same subtopics again in the second half of the year as this creates consistency in your brand.

TRUE STORY

Many entrepreneurs overdo it in the value content department. The goal is not to just give value, a business owner must create attraction & curiosity, too.

When it comes to valuable content, less is actually more.

With a lot of the Passion Profit CEO clients, this is the case.

I see it over & over again where the business owner complains of no sales & feeling overworked wondering why it’s just not happening for them.

When we have a look at their business operations they are giving tons of free value each week & neglecting sales.

With a deeper look into it, the followers aren’t purchasing because they feel like they have everything they need through the free content.

Additionally, they have no idea what is available to them due to the lack of sales.

This is exactly why less is more because it allows you to work all fundamental parts of business.

CONCLUSION

You only need one value topic per week to provide enough valuable information to find the 10% ready to buy now.

This simple strategy makes it so much easier to do business making a massive impact while allowing you to focus more time on paid clients & living your life.

When starting your business, it can be quite overwhelming to know where to put your focus & how to structure your business while learning & growing.

If you are feeling like all of this is just too much schedule your Strategy Session today.

In this consult, we will map out your unique content plan for the next 6 months of content using the 6×4 consistent content strategy & even put it on a content calendar so you can begin creating sales with ease & automate as much as possible so your business works for you even when you are living your life.
