4 Types of Alignment For More Business Success

In this training, we will cover the 4 different types of alignment you need in your business to have more success.

Alignment of Mindset

Mindset is one of the most crucial pieces of the solo business owner’s entrepreneurial journey.

If you have followed me for any extended amount of time you know it comes out in my trainings quite regularly.

Without the right beliefs in the result that you are trying to achieve you can’t accomplish what you are setting out to accomplish due to self-sabotage.

More times than not, this one area of alignment is what’s missing in the struggling entrepreneur’s journey, it’s not their strategies.

A struggling entrepreneur has lost confidence and second-guesses themselves.

Therefore they don’t have a solid belief in themselves & the strategies they are implementing which then usually creates the feeling of confusion and inaction.

If you don’t first believe it, it will not happen until you grow in the right beliefs which then creates the right thoughts & feelings to allow you to take the actions in the right energy to create the results.

So it’s important to always reverse engineer your mindset and create affirmations to help you instill the right beliefs, thoughts, and feelings while growing into every new version of your successful self on your goal pathway.

 

Alignment of Goals, Milestones, and Action Plan

Your goal pathway has to have alignment, too.

You don’t just set a goal like creating $100K in your business and expect it to happen.

There is a strategy involved.

So how do you get the strategy?

Once again, you have to reverse engineer the pathway.

First, you have to define the main goal you are trying to achieve.

Next, you have to use coaching to break it down into achievable milestones or mini-goals.

This requires asking yourself better questions to set goals for success.

With my clients, I like to give the analogy of lilypads to refer to the milestones.

Think of a pond with a straight line of lilypads going across & all the frog has to do to get to the other side is hop from one lilypad to the next easily & efficiently.

Lastly, you have to figure out what specific actions (frog jumps) have to be performed to get you to from point A (the starting space…one side of the pond) onto each lilypad to get to point B (your goal).

Thus, it’s nothing more than the alignment of creating your goal pathway and for you to get there your mind has to be right each time you take the next jump.

 

Alignment of Marketing & Sales Conversion System

Obviously, for a business to be profitable there has to be a product/offer that is getting sold through a marketing and sales conversion system.

You have to have awareness, nurturing, & sales strategies in your business to be able to take a stranger to a client in rapid timing.

These strategies not only have to align with who you are (if you are a solopreneur) or with your team’s personalities (if they are the ones implementing the strategies) but each individual strategy has to align with the next strategy to create the conversion system.

Again consider the frog & lilypads.

In order for the frog to create awareness in it’s business it first has to create awareness that there is even a business.

Next, the frog has to lead the person who is now aware of the business to the offer while creating credibility fast so that the stranger can convert into a client.

If they aren’t immediately ready to convert then the frog must nurture them until they are ready.

Again, nothing but strategy & alignment to jump from one milestone to the next getting to the overall goal.

Alignment of Client Service & Satisfaction

Lastly, we have the alignment of client service & satisfaction.

Once the client sees the service or product & says, “YES” they want that, then, there has to be alignment in the offer delivery to keep the customer satisfied.

Both parties, the business owner and the client, have to take action so that the client gets served & you get paid.

In the end, when everything has been done efficiently & the process feels effortless, you have alignment.

 

Conclusion

Business is nothing more than alignment.

It’s using the right strategies at the right time (even within your own mind) to create an effortless flow.

When you truly get to the core of your business it’s nothing but a form of self-expression that aligns with who you are because you are the heart of your business & your service is the alignment of the needs & wants of your ideal clients.

Don’t make business harder than it is just put the right pieces in at the right place at the right time (build your bridge from A-B not only your path but your client’s path) to create ease for everyone involved.
