The 3 Achiever Mindsets

Which of the 3 achiever mindsets are you operating with?

In this week’s training,  we are defining the different types of achievers & talking about embracing leadership by transforming your mindset.

MINDSET

It’s no new fact that the mind is the most powerful tool you have access to so why not utilize it to the fullest of potential.

Have you ever thought, “This is just how it is” or what about “I’m ready to do this” or “I am the best there is?”

These three statements all have very different mindsets connected with them.

Which one describes the way you view & think about life & your business?

Often, in our life & business, we set a goal we want to achieve but after that moment of the decision, it depends on our thinking on how motivated & self-disciplined we are to get there.

Ever had those moments where you really wanted to achieve something & was really excited but after a little bit of time passed it was harder & harder to get yourself to take the actions to achieve the goal.

Over time we often lose belief of possibility if we don’t see any progress hitting any milestones and it can make us have a shift in mindset.

“Today, you have the opportunity to transcend from a disempowered mindset of existence to an empowered reality of purpose-driven living. Today is a new day that has been handed to you for shaping. You have the tools, now get out there and create a masterpiece.” -Steve Maraboli

Your success is 80% psychology & 20% mechanics.

In order to take the actions & be the best, you have to first think & believe that you are the best.

THIS WEEKS TRAINING

Check out this week’s training to see how even if you are a beginner you are already a leader & discover which achiever mindset you have.

3 ACHIEVER MINDSETS

There are 3 achiever mindsets.
1. Victim Mindset
2. Achiever Mindset
3. Champion Mindset

As one may assume these mindsets are very relative to the terms used.

Let’s see which best describes you.

VICTIM MINDSET

In the victim mindset, the achiever believes they are a victim.

They may feel & say things like, “Everything just happens & there is nothing I can do about it.”

The victim achiever takes little to no action & the actions they do take are based on their feelings.

Therefore, they see little to no results and struggle with getting themselves to even attempt to do what needs to be done.

ACHIEVER MINDSET

The achiever mindset consists of action takers.

They may say things like, “I am starting a new diet.”

The person with this mindset generally jumps on the wagon to begin a journey but is inconsistent with their actions.

Their mind begins to strengthen but these achievers go back and forth between operating from a place of emotion & mental consciousness.

Achievers usually believe things like “I know it’s possible but I don’t know if this is working for me, I need to learn more.”

They attempt to get some progress but burnout if they do not see results fast enough thus taking them years of on again off again before they strengthen enough to get results.

CHAMPION MINDSET

The champion is the beast.

This mindset is the winner.

These achievers think & believe things like, “I will be or I am the best there is.”

People with the achiever mindset are fully committed & have self-discipline doing the actions regardless of how they feel because they know it gets them to the goal.

These achievers understand self-mastery & operate with a conscious mind instead of with habitual actions or feelings.

SHIFTING YOUR MINDSET

Everyone has the ability to shift their mindset & become the champion.

The process takes a little time because those old stories that don’t serve you have to be tossed & new beliefs have to be formed.

In order to go from a victim mindset to an achiever mindset, the person must take responsibility for where they are and stop believing that someone else is in control.

This person has to form the belief that they are worthy & able to make the decisions that will move them forward towards the goal.

To transition from an achiever mindset to a champion mindset, the person must let go of the idea that they will just be 1 of the many who accomplish the goal.

These achievers must lose the belief that others are better than them & start believing they will be one of the best eventually transitioning into the belief of I am the best.

READY TO BECOME A CHAMPION?

Accountability & support with self-mastery is the best way to transition from one mindset to the next.

Why?

Because you don’t just set the goals for yourself, you have someone there backing you.

That accountability partner holds you accountable & supports you with shifting your thinking affirming the beliefs you need to transition creating those new neuropathways.

Without accountability, support, and a good understanding of the self-mastery process it could take years to shift through the mindsets.

However, 1:1 Quarterly Coaching could save lots of that time because I know the questions to ask to help you get to your core beliefs & the processes needed to help you cultivate the new beliefs & neuro pathways.

Once, we start working through THE PIVOT PROCESS the accountability kicks in to help you shift quickly through the achiever mindset so that you aren’t inconsistent with your actions thus getting you to champion mindset quickly.
